Welcome to Valley Stream Central High School, a proud National Blue Ribbon Schools Program recipient and a community deeply committed to excellence, respect, and opportunity for all students.

Our mission is to support and challenge each learner to grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a safe and supportive environment. Our talented faculty deliver a rigorous and engaging curriculum designed to prepare students for success beyond high school. Through Advanced Placement courses, Career and Technical Education pathways, and outstanding performing arts programs, students have access to a comprehensive and well-rounded educational experience.
