The district athletic department is proud to the announce that the district varsity rifle team is the reigning 2021 Nassau County champions.
The team did an incredible job finishing the season with a 751 score out of 800. Competing for the title were captains Nicholas Cavaliere and Ivan Ymaz, along with fellow varsity members Victoria Andreo, Keegan Banda, Priya Mangal and Tiffany Wu. In addition, Cavaliere won the Individual County title with a score of 191.
The district congratulates the rifle team and Coach Zawislak for this amazing accomplishment.
