The district congratulates the Memorial Junior High School’s Yearbook Club after it received Jostens 2021 National Yearbook Program of Excellence award at the Bronze Level.
Jostens is the leading producer of yearbooks and student-created content. The National Yearbook Program of Excellence recognizes engaging yearbooks that reflect a broad representation of the student body while helping students develop 21st century skills such as communication, collaboration and information, and communication technologies literacy.
The Memorial Junior High School award-winning yearbook program is led by Duaa Bismil, Marilyn Sanchez-Zapeda, Morgane Kapto, Antoneisha Heron and Jasmeen Kaur. It is under the direction of yearbook adviser Mr. Pat Cesario, who said, “The Memorial Yearbook Club has worked diligently to create a yearbook of lifetime memories that will make so many gratified to be part of such a wonderful school community.”
The district applauds these students on their hard work and dedication to the program.
