Memorial Junior High School’s Science Olympiad and STEM Club, led by advisors Mrs. Singh, Ms. Iadevaio, Mr. Viggiano, and Mr. Winter, delivered a strong showing at the Nassau County Regional Science Olympiad on March 8 at Kellenberg Memorial High School. Competing against 43 teams, Memorial students secured 12 medals across 23 challenging science events.

- Team B: 19th Place Overall
Top Individual Performances:
- Second Place, Anatomy and Physiology: Samiya Sakib, and Chloey Joseph
- Fifth Place, Microbe Mission: Kayla DiMaio, and Anais Kapto
- Sixth Place, Code Busters: Kayleigh Baboolal, Anais Kapto, and Zaydan Ali
- Additional top-10 finishes in Crimebusters, Disease Detectives, Experimental Design, Fossils, Mission Possible, Optics, Potions & Poisons, and Road Scholar
