The Valley Stream CHSD Department of Fine & Performing Arts is proud to present the District Marching Band Festival on Monday, October 16. Kicking off at 7 PM, under the lights on Memorial’s Football Field, the bands from Central, North, and South will present their half-time shows. The evening will conclude with all three bands on the field in a special performance of “God Bless America.”
